OTA has been directing various forms of films, while working for fashion/music media as a photographer and shooting commercials for Saison Group and Parco... Since the 1990's 'Rolling Stones Japan Tour Report' for MTV, he has served as an official cameraman for top artist such as B・B King, John Lurie, Nick Cave and Bjork... .
